A Partnership with Your Child in Mind
uPs Therapy Services has partnered with Brain Train, Inc. to offer Captains Log
and Working Memory cognitive training software. The computer training along with clinician guidance enables the client to develop problem-solving skills in a
systematic fashion during structured exercises. In addition, visual and auditory distractors are integrated to help the client focus in attention/memory-training
types of tasks. This type of training makes it possible to help with increased focus, memory, and processing speed.
These exercises are broken into modules of the following:
- Attention
- Logic
- Concepts
- Visual motor
- Working memory
- Auditory memory
- Real life working memory skills
