Dr. Shannon L. Williamson

Director/CEO 

Dr. Williamson is the Owner/CEO as well as a speech-language pathologist and board-certified neurofeedback practitioner. She received her Master’s and Doctorate degrees from the University of South Carolina.  Dr. Williamson holds the certificate of clinical competence, SC state licensure, Associate Fellow for Neurofeedback, orofacial myology certification, as well as advanced certification in integrated listening.  She is currently an Adjunct Instructor at Liberty University in the Health Sciences department and serves as a mentor for doctoral students.  She has been employed as an adjunct professor at the University of South Carolina and South Carolina State University, lead speech-language pathologist and curriculum coordinator for speech-language pathology in the public school system, and most recently administrator in two rehabilitation clinics in private practice.  Dr. Williamson has helped children in all types of settings-public school, private school, homeschool, rehabilitation clinics as well as preschool/early intervention.  She was recognized as a Worldwide Leader in Healthcare in 2014 and featured as a top ten leader in Healthcare by Women of Distinction in 2016.  Dr. Williamson currently owns and directs Upstate Pediatric Speech Therapy Services, two clinics in Upstate, SC that provide therapy services for children with language and learning disabilities, communication impairments as well as ADD/ADHD.

Jarrod Williamson

Director of Operations

Jarrod holds a M.Div. from Erskine Seminary and B.A. from Southeastern College.  He previously was a coordinator of the Department of Mental Health and served as Director of a Community Mental Health Center for 20+ years.  He currently serves as Financial and Building/Grounds Administrator.  Jarrod’s hobbies include college sports and music.  He is married and has two children.

Marissa Analouei

Speech-Language Pathologist, Marketing Director

 

Marissa Analouei holds a Masters of Science in Communications Sciences and Disorders from Nova Southeastern University, and holds her Certificate of Clinical Competence. She is certified by the American Speech and Hearing Association and is a licensed speech-language pathologist in MD, DC, FL, NC, and SC. During her first several years as a professional, she worked primarily in education and private practice settings supporting children and adults with learning and attention deficits, neurodivergent diagnoses, functional language and communication, pragmatics, articulation, executive functioning, literacy and fluency needs. Over the recent decade, she has built a subject matter expertise in Business Growth/Operations for Healthcare clinics including management, marketing, and recruiting/hiring.  Marissa has 3 children and spends time traveling with them, listening to podcasts, and walking as much as possible.

Rebecca Marlee Britt

Speech-Language Pathologist

Clinical Assistant Manager, Mauldin

Marlee holds a M.S. Communication Disorders from University of North Carolina-Central and a B.S. in Mass Communications from Lander University.  She holds the Certificate of Clinical Competence, S.C. license, Certifications in Integrated Listening Systems, and she is PECS Level One trained. Marlee’s clinical interests include PECS, fluency, oro-facial myology/feeding, articulation/language and auditory processing.  Her hobbies include sporting events and shopping and spending time with friends.  She is engaged and has two dogs.

Danielle Harris

Assistant Clinic Manager/Fort Mill

Speech-Language Pathologist

Danielle Harris received her Master of Arts degree from the University of Central Florida in 2012.  Her undergraduate degree was in American Sign Language Interpreting, and she worked as an interpreter for several years prior to becoming a speech-language pathologist.  She maintains her certification of clinical competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech and Hearing Association and is licensed in the states of Florida, North Carolina, and South Carolina.  She is also certified to teach Cued Speech, a manual mode of communication used with Deaf/hard of hearing individuals.  She has worked in a variety of settings, including public schools, private schools, university clinic, home health, and private practice.  She works with children with a variety of abilities and diagnoses, but has a special place in her heart for Deaf/Hard of Hearing, as well as children on the autism spectrum.  She is the parent of 2 little girls, one of whom has neurodivergence.  She can often be found playing music or on the dance floor in her spare time.

Chris Rydzewski

Speech-Language Pathologist

Lead Diagnostician

Chris holds a M.Ed Communications Sciences and Disorders and a B.S. in Communication Disorders from Valdosta State University.  He holds SC license as well as the Certificate of Clinical Competence.  Chris has ten years of experience working with adults, children as well as managerial experience.   He is skilled in medical speech-language pathology as well as pediatric speech-language impairments.  Chris enjoys spending time with his family and loves Legos.  He is married and has three kids, one who has special needs.

Elena Bond

Speech-Language Pathologist

Elena is a speech-language pathologist and licensed to practice in SC.  She received her Bachelor’s degree and M.A. in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Maryland College Park.  She has a passion for working in pediatrics and has experience with all types of patients including early intervention and aural rehabilitation.  She loves being outdoors and in her spare time likes attending sporting events and concerts.

Melissa Fuller

Speech-Language Pathologist

Melissa is board-certified ASHA speech-language pathology assistant and a graduate intern at Western Kentucky University with an anticipated graduation date of 2024.  Melissa obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Speech Pathology from Bob Jones University.  She is an experienced SLP-A with a variety of experiences in early intervention and school-age children that have communication disorders.  Melissa is married and has three children.

Kennon Crawford

Speech-Language Pathologist

Kennon has a Master’s degree from the University of South Carolina in Speech-Language Pathology and a Master’s degree in Education/Reading from Furman University.  She also has a Bachelor’s of Arts in Early Childhood Education.  Kennon has been employed by the public school system for over twenty years, and she is very experienced with a variety of communication disorders affecting the pediatric population.  She is married and has several children and grandchildren.

Alexis Jones

Speech-Language Pathology Assistant

Alexis Jones is a certified speech-language pathology assistant. She grew up in Enterprise Alabama and moved to South Carolina a year and a half ago. She graduated from Auburn University in 2020 with a Bachelors of Science in Communication Disorders and a minor in Human Development and Family Studies. She enjoys working with AAC, articulation, and language disorders in the pediatric population. In her free time, Alexis volunteers for non-profit organizations that work with individuals with Cleft and Craniofacial conditions. When she is not volunteering, she enjoys hiking, fishing, traveling, or trying new food places. 

Wanda Satterwhite

Office Manager

Wanda handles anything pertaining to the front desk at the office. She has over 20 years of experience with office management. She holds an Associate’s degree in Secretarial Science.

Jessica Jones

Primary Insurance Biller

Jessica is a Certified Professional Coder obtained by the American Academy of Professional Coders.  She handles all primary insurance billing for the company and both locations.   Jessica previously did billing at a medical laboratory.  She enjoys cooking/baking, hiking and walking.
