Dr. Shannon L. Williamson
Director/CEO
Dr. Williamson is the Owner/CEO as well as a speech-language pathologist and board-certified neurofeedback practitioner. She received her Master’s and Doctorate degrees from the University of South Carolina. Dr. Williamson holds the certificate of clinical competence, SC state licensure, Associate Fellow for Neurofeedback, orofacial myology certification, as well as advanced certification in integrated listening. She is currently an Adjunct Instructor at Liberty University in the Health Sciences department and serves as a mentor for doctoral students. She has been employed as an adjunct professor at the University of South Carolina and South Carolina State University, lead speech-language pathologist and curriculum coordinator for speech-language pathology in the public school system, and most recently administrator in two rehabilitation clinics in private practice. Dr. Williamson has helped children in all types of settings-public school, private school, homeschool, rehabilitation clinics as well as preschool/early intervention. She was recognized as a Worldwide Leader in Healthcare in 2014 and featured as a top ten leader in Healthcare by Women of Distinction in 2016. Dr. Williamson currently owns and directs Upstate Pediatric Speech Therapy Services, two clinics in Upstate, SC that provide therapy services for children with language and learning disabilities, communication impairments as well as ADD/ADHD.
Jarrod Williamson
Director of Operations
Jarrod holds a M.Div. from Erskine Seminary and B.A. from Southeastern College. He previously was a coordinator of the Department of Mental Health and served as Director of a Community Mental Health Center for 20+ years. He currently serves as Financial and Building/Grounds Administrator. Jarrod’s hobbies include college sports and music. He is married and has two children.
Rebecca Marlee Britt

Marlee holds a M.S. Communication Disorders from University of North Carolina-Central and a B.S. in Mass Communications from Lander University. She holds the Certificate of Clinical Competence, S.C. license, Certifications in Integrated Listening Systems, and she is PECS Level One trained. Marlee’s clinical interests include PECS, fluency, oro-facial myology/feeding, articulation/language and auditory processing. Her hobbies include sporting events and shopping and spending time with friends. She is engaged and has two dogs.
Danielle Harris

Danielle Harris received her Master of Arts degree from the University of Central Florida in 2012. Her undergraduate degree was in American Sign Language Interpreting, and she worked as an interpreter for several years prior to becoming a speech-language pathologist. She maintains her certification of clinical competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech and Hearing Association and is licensed in the states of Florida, North Carolina, and South Carolina. She is also certified to teach Cued Speech, a manual mode of communication used with Deaf/hard of hearing individuals. She has worked in a variety of settings, including public schools, private schools, university clinic, home health, and private practice. She works with children with a variety of abilities and diagnoses, but has a special place in her heart for Deaf/Hard of Hearing, as well as children on the autism spectrum. She is the parent of 2 little girls, one of whom has neurodivergence. She can often be found playing music or on the dance floor in her spare time.
Chris Rydzewski

Chris holds a M.Ed Communications Sciences and Disorders and a B.S. in Communication Disorders from Valdosta State University. He holds SC license as well as the Certificate of Clinical Competence. Chris has ten years of experience working with adults, children as well as managerial experience. He is skilled in medical speech-language pathology as well as pediatric speech-language impairments. Chris enjoys spending time with his family and loves Legos. He is married and has three kids, one who has special needs.
Elena Bond

Elena is a speech-language pathologist and licensed to practice in SC. She received her Bachelor’s degree and M.A. in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Maryland College Park. She has a passion for working in pediatrics and has experience with all types of patients including early intervention and aural rehabilitation. She loves being outdoors and in her spare time likes attending sporting events and concerts.
Stefanie Pape

Stefanie is a certified speech-language pathologist who maintains her certification of
clinical competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech and Hearing Association
and is licensed in the states of North Carolina and South Carolina. She received her
Bachelor of Science and Master of Arts from The University of North Carolina at
Greensboro. She has a passion for working with patients in all walks of life including
pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations. She has worked primarily in private practicesettings serving children with a wide variety of diagnoses. Her clinical interests includearticulation, language, auditory processing and dysphagia. She is the parent of one little girl. Her hobbies include attending sporting events, concerts, and spending time with family and friends.
Kim Selent

Kim Selent is a seasoned clinician with 25 years of experience in a variety of settings with pediatrics and adults. She has Extensive experience in a variety of settings including medical (neuro rehab for adults), public and private schools, school for the deaf and blind, early intervention in homes, teletherapy, and private practice Kim absolutely loves working with pediatrics, especially with a focus on articulation and apraxia, but is equally comfortable with all ages and various diagnoses Of all the settings and ages, working with children in the private clinical setting has become her favorite! She gets energized around children and they bring her much joy! Her sessions are filled with serious moments & silly fun to get the best work done.
Her personal Interests include: Faith/ministry, hosting family and friends, swimming at sunset, decorating for events, travel & photography
Laurie Healey

Laurie is a ‘seasoned’ speech language pathologist with over 31 years’ experience. She graduated with her Master of Science degree, (Human Communication Disorders) from Dalhousie University, (Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada) in 1994 and moved to the United States in 1995 where she has lived ever since. She has lived in FL, GA, NC and SC. She also has extensive training in psychology and education.
Laurie has experience in clinical practice from the ages of birth to end-of-life and has worked in outpatient clinics, inpatient /outpatient hospitals, home health, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, schools, (public and private), early intervention and the telehealth service modality. Laurie has no preference in which age group her clients belong to. Each generation is special in their own way. She does have a passion in working with swallowing disorders, cognition and those clients on the Autism Spectrum.
In Laurie’s spare time, she loves landscaping, decorating and anything to do with animals. She lives with many four-legged ‘children’. She is very passionate about the human-animal bonding experience as well as animal rescue. At any given time, she has one, two, three…….foster dogs at her home. Life is never dull, nor should it be!
Tosha Ochoa
Speech Therapist
Tosha is a certified speech therapist. Raised in a military family, she lived in various places from Germany to California, before making South Carolina her home in 2017. Tosha joins the team with experience in ABA and behavioral therapy and loves working with children of the neurodivergent population. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her three children, dancing, and playing video games.
Wanda Satterwhite
Office Manager
Wanda handles anything pertaining to the front desk at the office. She has over 20 years of experience with office management. She holds an Associate’s degree in Secretarial Science.
Jessica Jones
Primary Insurance Biller
Jessica is a Certified Professional Coder obtained by the American Academy of Professional Coders. She handles all primary insurance billing for the company and both locations. Jessica previously did billing at a medical laboratory. She enjoys cooking/baking, hiking and walking.
